The Project of a Specific Research leads to, in cooperation with external co-solver, which shall be the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic, gathering, analysis and consequent sorting of actual case law of general courts, the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic and the European Court of Human Rights to thematic complexes regarding to specific aspects of criminal proceedings.
