Title in English: Analysis of clinical and epidemiological data: from data pre-processing to visualization of results.

The educational seminar is designed to allow for an immediate practical implementation of findings obtained during lectures, which are focused on the analysis of clinical data. The programme consists of four workshops, in which students will perform various types of analysis of a cohort of patients with colorectal cancer – epidemiological modelling, identification of patients with high-cost treatment, assessment of the screening programme availability, and subsequent visualization of results.
