Brochure and DVD incurred in connection with the development project under the name of Masaryk University Developing continuing education and upgrading of teacher qualification for teachers of primary schools, secondary schools and colleges, and innovation and training curricula. It was part of the work to sub-aqua-fitness and are intended to promote development and innovation degree programs in teacher education, especially teachers of all grades. Gives a comprehensive overview of the basic exercises in shallow and deep water without using tools with water utilities.
