This volume contains a collection of papers presented at the Argumentation 2021 conference and accepted for publication in its proceedings. The conference follows up on an already established tradition of discussing alternative methods of argumentation in law. As the first ever Argumentation was held in 2011, this year’s conference marks its 10 year anniversary, connecting scholars from all over the world. This year, the main topic for our discussions centred around conceptualization in law.
