Materiální ohnisko ústavy: věčný limit evropské integrace?Free E-book
Publication rethinks one of the key concepts of constitutional theory. Firstly, it describes the historical evolution of written constitutions and their "eternal" provisions and then their insertion into several domestic constitutions. Secondly, it defines the difference between the concept of "material core" and the concept of "eternal provisions" and tries to define what the necessary characteristics of a "constitution of European liberal democratic state" are. Finally, it analyzes the impact of European integration on the sustainability of "eternal provisions" and "material cores" of recent European constitutions.
