Česká zahraniční politika
This study-text is conceived as a supporting material for a course Czech Foreign Policy. The material focuses on the main trends and tendencies of the Czech foreign policy since 1989. It is aimed at helping the students to orient themselves in the basic development periods of the Czech foreign policy, to get familiar with the main foreign policy actors and with the fundamental challenges that the Czech Republic faces in the contemporary world. The study-assisting text also aims at helping the students to understand the Czech foreign policy in the context of domestic as well as international politics developments. In particular, the text summarizes bilateral relations with the neighboring countries, bilateral relations with the United States and Russia as well as engagement of the Czech Republic within the NATO and the EU and other multilateral foras.
