Collected Works of Jan Firbas II

The book contains papers published by Jan Firbas between 1968 and 1978 in different journals, conference proceedings, and festschrifts, presenting Jan Firbas's early research into functional sentence perspective. It is the second of five volumes of the Collected Works of Jan Firbas, which will provide access to most of the papers of this outstanding Czech scholar. The papers are accompanied by forewords, annotations, and biographical notes written by the editors and other contributors.
