Faculty of Law, Masaryk University, organized in order of the fifth annual scientific conference with international participation under the title Days of Law 2011 The aim of this publication was to capture and convey the basic ideas that have been made at this conference in the field of public and private law, and by publishing the full text of the section Interpretation and application of international and European law by national courts.
