The focus of the section is the "tripoint" of the European legal regulation, new Czech recodified civil law, and the problem of usability of older case law based on the earlier national law. Especially the connection between older case law and the new regulation, moreover in the European context, would be welcomed as the main theme of the conference papers. Also contributions dealing with the interconnections between the public-law regulatory framework and private commercial relations would be appreciated. As in previous years, the aim will be to allocate the contributions to several thematic sub-blocks (business corporations law, contract law, competition law, securities law and the law of capital market).
