Title in English: DAYS OF LAW 2017.

Private law principle of autonomy of will of the parties has its natural opposite in terms of legally binding effects of the contracts and of other legal actions. On the other hand, in some cases it is functional or even inevitable to brake this binding effect in favour of other values. The conference section tries to identify these cases and problems connected therewith after the recodification of Czech private law had been completed.
