Doba popelnicových polí a doba halštatská
The International archeological conference with narrow specialization on the Urnfield and Hallstatt period (1300-450 BP) takes place at intervals of about two years. In total 62 scholars and students (archeologists, anthropologists and environmentalists) from the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic and Hungary attended this year. 43 papers and accounts about new excavations and new theoretical results were heard during the whole action. One day excursion informed participants with historical development of region Bučovice, Slavkov and Vyškov. The following organizations participated on the action by: the Masaryk University, the Moravian Museum, the National Institute of Monuments and the Institute of Archeological Monument Preservation Brno. The Action acquired a financial support from Cultural department of South Moravian Region. National Institute of Monuments granted for performance of conference rooms of the Bučovice castle. The papers will be published in: The Collection of papers from IXth Conference Urnfield and Hallstatt Period. This publication is in the publishing scheme of Institute of Archaeology and Museology of the Masaryk University in the year 2007.
