The aim of the monograph is to make a reader familiar with the interdisciplinary subject of Economic analysis of civil law and introduce the economic analysis as one of the methods of law interpretation, whose measure is cost and benefit. Monograph tends to support the argument that it is beneficial for a lawyer to study some of the microeconomic theories.
