Title in English: Evolution of Financial Law
The present publication is part of a series of works which intends to comprehensively describe financial law and thus become one of the sources in the search for an optimal solution to the regulation of public financial activities and matters which pertain to them. The bulk of it was written during 2021 and subsequent developments have only been mentioned in certain areas, provided these were fundamental changes (typically within substantive tax law or fiscal policy). The publication focuses only on certain parts of financial law while the examination of developments not mentioned here is something the authors will look at in the future.
