This collection is an input from 9th volume of Ph.D. Students Workshop that took place in September 2014 in Department of Geography of Masaryk University. The collection is a continuation of previous three publications which were inputs of previous Ph.D. Students Workshops and together compose Geographical Research periodical. The topic of 2014 Workshop was called Space in its Transdisciplinarity. Hence the collection contains 15 contributions that try to traverse boundaries of traditionally established scientific fields of specialization while the interconnecting problem of all contributions is the topic of space. Although contributions from contributors of geographical specialization predominate, there are also contributions from authors of sociological or artistic specialization.
