Grammaire descriptive du français

This handbook is about one of the most challenging concepts in the Romance languages, the so-called “pronouns”. We review the different types of pronouns in French following the authors who have dealt with these issues in detail. This linguistic approach, essentially descriptive, is based on analytic methods such as the observation of the distribution of different morphological and syntactic units. Although new to most students, our approach leads to renew their views on this grammatical category.
