This publication contains all the contributions of the student conference Joint Retreat 2019 organised by Central European Institute of Technology, Institute of Molecular Genetics of Czech Academy of Sciences, and Institute of Science and Technology, Austria. It was a multidisciplinary conference divided into three panels: Life Sciences, Physical and Material Science, and Mathematics and Computer Science. More than 110 students attended and 6 invited speakers, leading experts in their fields, delivered lectures.
