Despite the undeniable existence of problems and issues that are outlined in the publication, these issues were not yet sufficiently reflected academia and discussed. Authors thus taking the open issues related to the necessary shift in private international law, and due to the ever increasing globalization of the world economy and the subsequent changes in consumer behavior, as well as the development of modern technology, leading to a steep increase in cross-border transactions. Thus, issues that may become determinant of the future organization of relations with an international element.
