These proceedings were created as an output of a conference held by the Law Faculty Masaryk University. Its topic was creativity in law, especially in relation to current issues of legal theory. The scale of contributions ranges from topics related to areas of critical legal thinking to discussions focused on legal creativity in practical but yet unusual way.
