Mandala a dějiny

The text deals with the life, work and legacy of Buryat Buddhist and buddhologist Bidia Dandaronich Dandaron (1914–1974) on the background of the history of Buryat Buddhism in the nineteenth to twenty first centuries. The text was written on the basis of several original author’s contributions in journals, collective works and monographs. The supplement presents a translation of the first chapter of Dandaron’s samizdat book Black Notebook, prepared by Lucie Dlouhá years ago.
