Title in English: A Brief Introduction to Legal History
Textbook is primarily to provide information on basic trends in the development of law and justice in Europe and some overseas countries and allow students to perceive valid Czech legal order. Textbook is primarily designed for European Legal Studies course, and outlines the characteristics of the ancient state and law, romanization law conceives constitutional development of states and their laws as well as, development of law and justice in Europe in the 20th century.
