Ochrana soukromí versus svoboda projevu médií
Freedom of expression and media rights to privacy are fundamental values of democracy. This publication and the values of freedom of expression and the right to privacy in the context of constitutional and offers examples from various branches of law, which in its essence is to protect the privacy of various people. Discussed further question the Internet as a space without a well-defined border with the knowledge that privacy and freedom of expression in the virtual world is not a state issue. Attention is also paid to international organizations whose activities may affect the substantive content of freedom of expression and right to privacy. Specifically, the authors focus on the work of the United Nations (and its Committee for Human Rights), the Council of Europe (and its European Court of Human Rights) and the activities of the European Union (and its Court of Justice of the European Union).
