Odpovědnost v insolvenčním právu

This publication focuses on the issue of financial relations and bankruptcy pursuant to Act No. 182/2006 Coll. Bankruptcy and its solution, as amended. Solution is the relationship insolvency proceedings of the financial and fiscal law (especially tax law), but also conflict with the law and the law of balancing financial institutions. The publication is enriched with practical knowledge that can be beneficial not only for students of the Faculty of Law and the wider professional community.
