Organizace implementačního procesu
The book deals with the organizational aspects of the implementation of social programs and interventions. Based on the assumption that the successful implementation of public programs is still a major practical and serious research problem. Previous studies have accumulated amount of specific knowledge about these programs. But there is no sufficiently sophisticated synthesis of these findings and there is a discussion about methods of study of the implementation process. The aim is to establish a theoretical analysis of the organization of public programs as a specific methodological approach to the study of the implementation process. The study includes an illustration of the new approach in terms of organizational culture analysis providing income-tested social benefits in the Czech Republic. The book expands, finalizing a new way classifies knowledge from books implementation, which the author published in 2002.
