Submitted teaching materials describe basic backstroke and butterfly stroke swimming techniques. In the paragraphs on specific swimming techniques there are also described typical problems and errors. This text also includes description of backstroke tumble turn and start. Text is accompanied by sequences of video on and under the surface. Provided test battery helps to test the acquired knowledge at the end of this course.
