Title in English: Legal Aspects of European Financial Assistance Funds.
The subject of the monograph in recent years is a highly actual issue related to the so-called financial assistance funds, which have been established at the EU level over the last decade (although sometimes as entities outside the EU legal framework) as a stabilizing pillars of the euro currency system. The monograph thus deals with the legal aspects of these funds. Currently, there are three main funds / financial assistance mechanisms in the EU, namely the EFSM, the EFSF and the ESM, which were created in response to the crisis of public finances, resp. balance of payments in the euro area. The research, which is the output of the monograph were used mainly methods of analysis and comparison, each fund has been analyzed in terms of circumstances of a legal form, internal structure and the conditions under which it may be providing funding assistance. The authors also tried to classify the funds in the system of financial law theory.
