Academic book Legal issues of cyber security summarizes in a comprehensive form the results of research in the field of cyber security at both the national and international levels. It deals with these issues primarily in terms of international law, administrative law, criminal law and labor law. Its aim is to summarize current knowledge and deepen existing expert discussions. The first chapter deals with the legislation on cyber security from the prespective of legal theory, it analyses it's purpose and methodology. Analysis of czech Act on cyber security and its implementing regulations is performed in the chapter 2. Following chapters deal with related issues lying at the border of multiple legal disciplines. Questions about private, labor and criminal liability related to cyber security are discussed in chapter 3 and chapter 4 deals with international legal issues of cyber security incidents.
