This publication called Law and Environmental Problems deals with general issues of environmental law. It focuses mainly on issues related to public participation in the protection of nature and landscape, but also deals with other problems. In the individual chapters, the reader will find not only the existing law relating to construction law, freedom of assembly and freedom of association or law realintg to the environmental impal assessment, but also many links to relevant decisions of the Czech courts, especially the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Administrative Court. The theory is refreshed with information from practice that show that protection of environment can take many forms.
