The textbook is primarily intended for master students of Environmental Law II. The publication is focused on a specific part of environmental law. It is defined the relation to the general part of environmental law. Other chapters deal with the legal regulation in force of environmental protection, both form the perspective of the individual components of the environment and in terms of selected activities and substances damaging and threatening it.
