Authors evaluated the interpretation and application of tax law norms on selected aspects of direct taxes. This objective was achieved by analyzing selected institutes in the field of direct taxes, incl. their administration. The basis for the analyses was the decision of the court from the period of 2015-2017, and the legal text supplemented by comments from professional publications.
