The book contains a complete information summary about the early medieval cemetery in Olomouc - Nemilany. Individual chapters inform the readers step by step about the history of the research and about the archaeological contexts of the graves. To some aspects of the grave goods are reserved special chapters. This applies to subjects such as imprints of textiles in corrosion products, findings of stone chipped artefacts in graves or as horse skeletons that were uncovered in the cemetery in the separate graves. Considerable part of the book is devoted to the basic burial ground analysis - analysis of the buried population, burial customs analysis and burial inventory analysis. Comprehensive processing of available data allows to put this cemetery in a particular spatial and chronological framework of Moravia at the dawn of history.
