Publication of the Roman law was created for bachelors to facilitate the teaching of the course recently introduced Roman law and the bond material in the bachelor program of Masaryk University in Brno. Structure of teaching aids can not be completely limited to this basic structure, but it was necessary to include related issues, without which a student could cover materiae. Therefore also includes a brief explanation of development of Roman law and justice, personal rights and legal act. Description of the core publications are property rights and the obligations in Roman law and an outline of the Roman law of inheritance. For easier orientation in the problems the authors added a text graphic attachments.
