The monograph presents the results of a legal-historical and Romanistic analysis of the legal regulation of the acquisition of property rights by addition (accession) in the proposal of the Teresian codification of private law from 1766 and in the subsequent outlines of Horten (1776), Martini (1796) and the final Zeiller, on the basis of which it was published in 1811 General Civil Code (ABGB).
