Title in English: Reverse flows management as a means of value creation
The book presents selected findings related to the goal of the research project funded by the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic (GA13-147045) which is to identify reverse flows management mechanisms in manufacturing and service companies to determine the factors and symptoms of cost-effective, efficient and effective reverse flows management in the context of value creation. The core thematic areas deal with the causal relationships in management which affect the character and especially the efficiency and effectiveness of the reverse flows system, including support of reverse flows management by the IS. Special attention is paid to the specificities of service.
