This publication is released to celebrate 25th anniversary of the University of the Third Age at Masaryk University. It contains papers that were heard at the conference held on September 16, 2015 at the premises of the South Moravian Regional Authority. Contributions reflect the current educational opportunities for a wide range of seniors in terms of relevant experts. Also summarizes current knowledge and opinions of physicians, sociologists, psychologists, economists, lawyers, teachers and workers in social care and others on the role of education in improving the quality of seniors life. The goal of Conference itself was to be a platform for collaboration, communication and sharing of good practice among all actors involved in improving the quality of seniors life not only in Brno but in the entire region.
