The present lifestyle leads to defects of motoric system (civilization problems). For that reason the Faculty of Sports Studies created a new course: regenerative and sport massage. First edition of our DVD contains two basic parts - theoretical and practical. Its objective is simple - to follow methods of this activity step by step. Knowledge of various kinds and types of massage touches is not sufficient and neither is their handy and correct application. Sport massage made up of these parts is complete only after when the touches are applied in correct order.
