Title in English: The 4th Plasma Nanotechnologies and Bioapplications Workshop. Scientific Program & Book of Abstracts
The Book of Abstracts contains contributions to the presentations of the fourth workshop organized by the Plasma Nanotechnology and Bioapplications Research Group at the Department of Plasma Physics and Technology, Faculty of Science, Masaryk University. The event, entitled “The 4th Plasma Nanotechnologies and Bioapplications Workshop”, was held at the Hotel OREA Resort Panorama in Češkovice from 20 to 23 October, 2025. The workshop was attended by scientific teams from the Department of Plasma Physics and Technology of the Faculty of Science at Masaryk University, the Department of Experimental Physics and Division of Environmental Physics of the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics at Comenius University in Bratislava, which are regular participants. However, since last year, the workshop has also enjoyed strong participation from international teams from Germany - HAWK University of Applied Sciences and Arts, University of Stuttgart, industrial research institute INNOVENT; Slovenia - University of Ljubljana and Slovakia - Alexander Dubček University of Trenčín. During the workshop, contributions on the following topics were presented in the form of lectures: Remote treatment by DCSBD linear APPJ; Functional and high-performance coatings; Fibre-reinforced polymer and natural rubber composites; Electrospun nanofiber synthesis and filter membrane engineering; Advanced materials for energy conversion and storage; Plasma diagnostics, high-frequency DBDs and material characterization; Plasma for air decontamination, PAW generation and progressive agriculture; Plasma treatment for enhanced adhesion and biomedical applications.
