This publication is the result of cooperation of many entities, universities, law faculties, departments of financial law from several courties and many years of their experience. The aim of this publication is to offer new approaches in Local Government Financing with the EU regional policy aspects. The publication is divided into four parties. First, local government finances from general issues are mentioned. Second, local government revenues are analysed. Third, local taxes from different point of view are solved. Fourth, local finance problems in the light of EU law are summarized.
