Title in English: Transatlantic relations in the time of crisis
This book is concerned with so called transatlantic rift which worsen relations between the United States and european great powers during the first administration of president Bush. This text characterize the transatlantic rift from three perspectives. The first part of this final thesis examine relations among the USA and other great powers through the neorealistic theory of ballance of power and through the soft balancing theory. Second part examine relations among great powers through the discussion of multilateralism vs. unilateralism and through the theory of hegemonic stability. Third part of this thesis examine european critique of the foreign policy decision making process in the USA.
