Textbook is already processed as supplemented and revised sixth edition. The textbook is intended primarily to the students of bachelor study programs at the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University, but i tis open to the public of course. Criminal materia is focused on a general part of the criminal law and criminal procedure and takes into account the needs and objectives of the bachelorꞌs studies. There is a set of practical examples. The purpose of these examples is to repeat, practice and fix the theoretical knowledge contained in each chapter and also for encouraging studentsꞌ ability to think of them in the broader context.
