Workshop proceedings is thematically focused on the role of public prosecution in a transnational environment. Contributions is address for example the development of public prosecution in the states of continental Europe, as well as in countries with common law system. Moreover, the contributions is deal with the isssues related to different models of public prosecution, such as the European Public Prosecutor’s Office and prosecutors of international criminal tribunals.
