Title in English: External Action of the European Union from the Perspective of EU and International Law

The publication focuses on the external relations of the European Union and their regulation in EU law. The crucial guestion is in which areas of external relations the European Union has the competence to regulate and act and what legal consequences such action has for the European union itself and for its Member States. The scructure of the book reflect this question thus, the first part of the monograph analyzes the areas of EU external competence, wherear the second part is focused on international agreements and their effects on European union as well as on Member States.
