The first part of the publication proposes theoretical introduction into the special education area and it also introduces the system of adapted physical activities within the cardinal special-education areas. In the second part we introduce selected activities including practical recommendations and methodological comments. The following activities are presented: boccia, Halliwick swimming concept, dance and creative movement, yoga, psychomotor activities, rhythmical activities for the Deaf, juggling and Russian bowling.
