Title in English: Selected chapters of private international law
The publication is a learning support for students of specialized Bachelor programs. It is not meant to provide a comprehensive and detailed explanation of private international law but rather to explain the basics of private law relations with an international element. It aims to outline the plurality of sources as well as conflicts among them and to present basics of these legal discipline and its methods Besides, it analyses in detail the issue of the choice of law in case of the contractual or non-contractual obligations. The choice of law regarding to the rights in rem, legal actions or the position of private entities and states is also took into consideration.
