The topic of this publication is the influence of electronization on selected issues of private international law. These selected issues are, in general, the principle of territoriality and jurisdictional rules for on-line business-to-business contracts. This publication is divided into two major thematic parts and four main chapters. In the first part we focus on the impact of electronization on the principle of territoriality, in the second part on the impact of electronization on the jurisdictional rules in disputes arising out of the contractual obligations in B2B electronic commerce. In this publication we, therefore, proceed from general principles, theories and thoughts to particular and more practical issues.
