Title in English: Art Law: Selected Issues

The publication deals with the legal regulation of art at the national and international level. The first part discusses general topics such as cultural policy and relevant aspects of copyright. The second part covers several problems of art which have not been properly accommodated by the law yet. The aim of the publication is to introduce a new legal area which has not yet been given sufficient attention in the Czech context, despite growing demand.
