Weyrovy dny právní teorie 2016

The publication is an almanac from the international konference Weyr’s Day of Legal Theory. Its main topic are actual problems of legal theory. The largest part of the publication will be dedicated to the guestions of methodology of law and legal science. Some papers will be in Czech language, some in Slovak language.
