Title in English: Types of Actions in Administrative Justice – Current Issues

The aim of the monograph is to identify some “current issues” concerning
the system of types of action in the Code of Administrative Justice. The
legislation regulating the basic aspects of the Czech Administrative Justice
system enters its twentieth year of effectiveness in 2022. However, during
this time some challenges have emerged, which the monograph seeks to discuss
and analyze.
